Commitment is difficult for some and sometimes it’s hard to commit to an act…
My commitment blunder is FITNESS!
So I hooked up to a plan on my bible app entitled Live Out Your Faith in Fitness and today’s focus was a coincidence and a thoughtful reminder of one of my favorite topics…commitment!
The first this the author wrote was: Decide. Commit.
That looks so simple…to commands…decide and commit.
So today, I decided to act on my Groupon that I bought at the top of this month. I purchased a Groupon to a bootcamp. Actually, last night I redeemed it and today, I went to the facility to check out the place. It’s an open warehouse that had A LOT of equipment. I instantly became extremely excited!
I informed the instructor that I would start with the kettle ball classes, boot camp and HIIT.
So I decided to do something …enroll in my bootcamp class. It starts in two weeks and I’ll be sure to update you on the commitment piece as this journey flourishes.
Tell me, what is your commitment faux pas? Is it fitness, education, relationships?
Comment and let’s talk about ways to decide and commit to fixing our issues.
